Basic Breath Techniques
During the course, students are required to practice twice daily and record their experiences through reflective journals. They will also practice coaching basic breath techniques from the start of the course. Students use a tracking app called Toggl to track their hours of study, and these hours count towards the 25 hour certificate. Afterwards, students must complete two video demonstrations to practice their skills and pass a short quiz. Once they have successfully completed the course, they will receive their certificate.
